The FPS Service Management System is a device that is installed within the air compressor, it then gives the ability to remotely monitor, and control the air compressor from any computer, tablet, or mobile device.

Why use Remote Monitoring?

With the SMS device fitted in the air compressor, the customer and distributor are able to access the compressors controller in real time, giving you access to the following:-

  • 1. Operating oil temperature

  • 2. Operating pressure

  • 3. Live warnings and faults

  • 4. Total hours run / load hours run

  • 5. Hours to next service

Compressor(s) remote controller can be accessed by any device connected to the internet, this can be used to accurately predict maintenance in real time. Benefits to the customer using this technology are many!

Permission must be granted by the end users IT department to log in remotely for this function.

What Else Can It Do?

With the SMS device fitted, not only can you monitor the compressor remotely, but you can also control the compressor.

This remote control includes the following functions:-

  • 1. Remote start

  • 2. Remote stop

  • 3. Adjustment of pressure settings

  • 4. Adjustment of time clock settings

  • 5. Easy to navigate familiar menu

  • 6. Send emails to registered users of active faults

This therefore offers real 100% remote control functionality!

Which Compressors Can It be Fitted To?

The SMS device is only available for use on the Fini ETIV, and Power Systems DNAir 2 controller, these are currently fitted to the following range of air compressors.
