POWER SYSTEM Series NOBEL OIL FREE air cooled two stage packaged compressed air system, providing oil free compressed air.

Range; 75 kW to 200 kW with working pressures at 7 bar, 8.5 bar and 10 bar and capacity from 10 m3/min to 35.3 m3/min

The NOBEL OIL FREE air cooled series incorporates our advanced OIL FREE two stage rotary screw compressor which features advanced ULTRACOAT surface treatment to the compressors rotors providing absolute protection against wear and corrosion. The compressor element is fitted with advanced low friction bearings which are oversized to easily accommodate axial and radial loading under all operating conditions. The OIL FREE characteristics are fully protected by the use of a stain FREE steel labyrinth seal system that prevents any ingress of contamination in to the compression process.

The NOBEL OIL FREE series arrives with all controls and accessories included and assembled in to a fully sound-proofed cabinet ready for an immediate and convenient installation. Also available NOBEL OIL FREE water cooled series.

NOBEL - Oil FREE Compressors - Two Stage, Fixed Speed

The NOBEL OIL FREE DV variable speed series arrives with all controls and accessories included and assembled in to a fully sound-proofed cabinet ready for an immediate and convenient installation. The NOBEL OIL FREE DV range offers all the characteristics, proven reliability and durability of the fixed speed direct drive version with the addition of speed regulation control which means that the generation of compressed air is regulated during operation, so that it precisely matches the demand from the network. This level of control delivers real advantages in terms of saving energy. Because the output of the compressor is regulated according to demand, you consume a proportional amount of energy. The energy wastage due to; off-load operation, venting down and over pressure generation are all avoided. Typical energy savings represent 20-25% or more, when compared to fixed speed compressors
