Electric motor: - Electric motor with energy efficiency class IE4 ‘Super Premium Efficiency’.
Variable speed/variable capacity: - Nobel 2S benefits from latest generation variable capacity control which means that the compressor only produces the amount of compressed air required, minimising energy wastage.
Return on investment: - The superior performance and very high energy efficiency allows the pay back on the investment in less than two years compared to single stage technology.
More compressed air per kW: - The NOBEL 2S produces significantly more air per kW compared to single stage compressors. This means that it is often possible to operate with a smaller power unit that delivers the same or more air than the higher kW single stage unit.
Compressor rotation management: - Thanks to the “ISC” system it is possible to simultaneously connect up to 8 different compressors (fixed and/or variable speed combinations), with “master-slave” logic. The system can also be used with other compressors not equipped with Login by using the optional modules suitable for specific compressors.
Low noise levels: - The Nobel 2S operates more quietly than competitive compressors. A newly designed sound chamber along with a specially designed base structure, results in the NOBEL 2 S achieving the lowest noise levels in the sector.
Reduced energy consumption: - Thanks to the two- stage air end lower rotational speed, lower temperature and optimised air end design, Nobel provides a higher output with lower power consumption when compared to other compressors. The specific energy values are among the lowest available in the sector.
LOGIN Controller: - All NOBEL models are equipped with the new LOGIN electronic controller with touch-screen display. In addition to full control of all compressor functions, it also stores the data on a specific memory card, so as to manage multiple compressors (up to 8 units, even different types) and for remote control via SMS Device 2.0 that can be matched to the control unit.
Advanced cooling system: - The deployment of the thermostatically controlled variable speed centrifugal cooling fan(s) with the large surface area heat exchanger for the air and oil cooling ensures, lower operating temperature and lower air outlet temperatures. The automatic operation of the centrifugal cooling fan saves energy by only operating when required.
Robust and reliable: - The NOBEL 2S is designed for continuous use in tough conditions ensuring reliability and a very long life.
Simple maintenance: - All service items are located in one position with easy access reducing costs and down time. The unique air filter may be changed/cleaned without entering the compressor cabinet and the oil/air coolers have been designed for very simple maintenance.
