RD Refrigerated Dryers

Using refrigeration these dryers are suitable for many industrial, automotive workshop and professional applications. Operating at a dew point of +3C they are ideal for normal manufacturing processes and where the compressed air distribution system is indoors.

  • FINI-RD Series Refrigerated Dryers with combination aluminium heat exchanger and very low pressure loss. Range 900 L/min - 81,000 L/min, 14/16 bar maximum working pressure.
  • Combination Refrigerated Dryers

    New Combination refrigerated dryer with integrated pre-installed filtration package. The new range Combi dryer offer a much more convenient installation along with a space saving design. Simply connect compressed air in from the compressor and out to the system, connect the single- phase power and you are ready to supply dry, clean, oil free compressed air to your application.

    Adsorption Dryers
    A wide range from 85 to 7000 L/min With the dew point of -40C to 70C are ideal for those production processes where compressed air must be absolutely without condensation (painting, plastic mould, medical, chemical, food sectors, etc.).
    Ice Cube (IC) Static Air Dyers

    The new IC series of refrigerated dryer include a new ‘static’ condenser which provides very stable exchange properties and eliminates the need for the normally fitted fan and motor arrangement.

    This provides significant benefits in terms of reliability, reduced power consumption and improved performance.

    The range includes four models with capacity from 833 L/min to 2160 L/min perfect for providing dry compressed air in automotive, industrial, laboratory and many other applications.

     

    Filtration

    In addition to water contamination, compressed air systems also suffer from the ingress of other contaminants in the form of solids or vapours. These are often inhaled by the compressor from the surrounding area or occur as a result of lubricant being passed from the compressor itself. We offer four grades of filtration to satisfy any system requirements.

    • FINI- High efficiency in line filtration grades QM, PM, HM and CM fitted with automatic condensate drain for the removal of solids and vapour contaminants down to 0.0008 mg/m3. Range 500 L/min - 44,000 L/min, 3G port size working pressure up to 16 bar.
    Higher Temperature Air Dryers

    Using refrigeration these dryers are suitable for many industrial, automotive workshop and professional applications. Operating at a dew point of +3C they are ideal for normal manufacturing processes and where the compressed air distribution system is indoors.

  • FINI-RD Series Refrigerated Dryers with combination aluminium heat exchanger and very low pressure loss. Range 900 L/min - 81,000 L/min, 14/16 bar maximum working pressure.
  • Condensate Drains

    Condensate drains for fitting to air receivers and other devices where condensate is collected. FINI- Condensate drains. Automatic solenoid/timer controlled or automatic sensor controlled (only works when required with no los of compressed air, thereby saving energy. Range 1/8 G - 1/2G.

    Oil Water & Cyclonic Separators
    The condensate that is collected from the various devices within the compressed air system is of course contaminated.

    The contaminated condensate must not be ejected in to a standard drainage system or indeed to the water table in any form. Our range of condensate separators allow the treatment of this contaminated condensate so that it is purified to the required standard for the water authorities, and in order to safeguard the environment

    FINI- EW Series condensate separators/condensate management systems. Comprising replaceable olyophilic and activated carbon filtration. Range 1800 L/min to 35,000 L/min.
    GeN2 Nitrogen Generators
    The GeN2 nitrogen generators represent an economical way for the production of Nitrogen on site. Models sized for a wide range of flow and purity of the product, the NGN series stands for efficiency and versatility exceptional.

    Idea for: food packaging, plastic moulding, welding metal treatment, pharmaceutical/chemistry industry, blowing tyres.
    Heat Recovery System
    HRS is a system for the recovery of the heat generated by screw compressors, for the production of hot water.

    Most of the energy used to produce compressed air is actually converted into heat: up to 90% of this energy is reusable! About 75% of the energy used is found in the lubrication and cooling circuit and can be used as a heat source, the remaining 15% is contained in the compressed air. It is therefore easier to produce the compressed air in a reliable way, as it is to recover the thermal energy.
    Vertical Air Receiver

    FINI- Air receivers in vertical arrangement finished with protective powder coating or galvanised and supplied with safety valve, drain valve, pressure gauge and certification. Range 150Lt To 10000Lt (galvanised from 500Lt). Maximum pressure 11 Bar (15 Bar option)

    Breathing Air Dryers
    NPS dryers are designed for drying and purification of compressed air for breathing air applications. Type BI for "Breathing Air Industrial", according EN12021, and model BM for "Breathing Air Medical", according to Pharmacopee Europeene, as it is demanded for hospitals.

    With both systems apart from the drying process to a pressure dew point of -40C, the components CO, CO2, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides and SO2 are eliminated. The values underneath the limit values acc. EN12021 (with Series NPS/BI), respectively Pharmacopee Europeene (with series NPS/BI).
